- Health tech company and benefit administrator Capital Rx received a $400 million investment, including a $252 million Series F funding round, and announced the company is rebranding as Judi Health.
- Senior living tech provider Inspiren raised $100 million in Series B funding.
- Telehealth vendor Caregility raised $25.1 million through its Series A-2 Preferred Stock and Series C funding rounds.
- Virtual care company AmplifyMD raised $20 million in Series B funding.
- AI-based phone assistant maker Vocca announced a $5.5 million funding round.
- Voice AI platform Prosper AI raised a $5 million seed funding round.
- Data platform Datavant is acquiring DigitalOwl, a provider of AI-driven medical data analysis.
- Remote monitoring and diabetes management company Glooko acquired Monarch Medical Technologies, developer of the EndoTool Glucose Management System.
- Patient engagement and payments platform RevSpring acquired Kyruus Health, a provider search and scheduling platform.
