Section 508 of PL 112-144 (FDASIA) requires FDA to obtain recommendations and relevant information from interested parties on the required report to Congress submitted by the HHS Secretary every 5 years on the implementation of the Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act and the Pediatric Research Equity Act (sections 505A and 505B of the FD&C Act).
