Cookie Hot Cocoa Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 3 cups milk
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
- 8 oz. chopped milk chocolate
- 2 oz. chopped unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbs. Baileys Irish Cream
In a pot, whisk the first 3 ingredients until smooth. Add the next 3 ingredients and cook over medium heat until hot. Stir in extract and Baileys; pour into 2 mugs. Top with whipped cream.
