Ingredients:

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • Pinch of salt
  • 8 oz. chopped milk chocolate
  • 2 oz. chopped unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbs. Baileys Irish Cream

In a pot, whisk the first 3 ingredients until smooth. Add the next 3 ingredients and cook over medium heat until hot. Stir in extract and Baileys; pour into 2 mugs. Top with whipped cream.
