- AI documentation tool Ambience Healthcare added a Conditions Advisor to its Inpatient Care Setting offering.
- athenahealth introduced clinical encounter, a decision support and clinical assistance tool.
- HSBlox announced SmartBlox v2.5; this version of the analytics product now offers a conversational AI agent.
- RXNT launched Ambient IQ, a natively-built ambient listening and documentation platform.
- Practice management vendor SimplePractice launched a Spanish-language version of its client portal.
- symplr launched symplr Compliance for Payers to help these organizations meet regulatory requirements such as the No Surprises Act and Transparency in Coverage.
- WellSky launched an ambient listening feature within its Specialty Care EHR powered by Suki.
- WestCX launched Engage, the latest version of its AI-native patient engagement platform.

- Florida’sNaples Comprehensive Health implemented Caristo Diagnostics to help identify signs of heart disease.
- Oklahoma’s DRH Health selected Commure Ambient AI, which integrates with MEDITECH Expanse.
- Illinois-based CGH Medical Center implemented Epic.
- Vituity is deploying EvidenceCare decision support technology across its national hospital network.
- New Mexico’s Sunrise Clinics deployed TytoCare‘s Pro Smart Clinic into its 20 school-based health centers.

- CHIME announced the 18 organizations that achieved Level 10 of its Digital Health Most Wired survey; they’ll be honored next week at the CHIME Fall Forum in San Antonio. In addition, CHIME announced new members of its Board of Trustees and Foundation Board Directors.
- TenDollarTelehealth launched; as its name implies, the company offers video visits for $10, though membership is limited to 10,000 people.

- Documentation platform Regard appointed Dr. David Kirk as Chief Medical Officer.
- Digital patient engagement vendor mPulse appointed Eileen Cianciolo as Chief Product Officer.
- Temporary staff management system Locumsmart promoted Thomas Lanvers to President.
- Virtual pediatric anxiety and OCD treatment provider InStride Health announced three executive appointments.
