Taiwan’s LIPS Corp., a 3D vision technology company, is moving into mass production after 12 years of research and development and proof-of-concept collaborations. With more than 20 active projects, LIPS has attracted major partners, including Samsung Electronics, onsemi, Infineon, Sony, and BMW, many of whom have named it an exclusive or long-term supplier for machine vision systems across industrial and consumer applications.
