On July 23, HD Renewable Energy (HDRE) announced the official launch of an eastern railway charging network, developed in collaboration between its subsidiary Star Charger and Taiwan Railway. This initiative aims to enhance long-distance and tourism route charging convenience in eastern Taiwan.
