DIVERSITY Council Australia (DCA) has announced the 2025-26 Inclusive Employers, recognising organisations across the country for their commitment to building inclusive and equitable workplaces, with the Pharmacy Guild of Australia among those acknowledged.

The announcement coincides with the start of Inclusion at Work Week (17-21 Nov 2025), an annual celebration of the progress Australian organisations are making to foster inclusive workplaces.

This year more than 80 organisations have been recognised as inclusive employers, reflecting their commitment to creating workplaces where everyone can feel valued, respected, and able to contribute.

“Our research continues to show that inclusion isn’t only the just thing to do – it’s essential to workplace performance and wellbeing,” said Catherine Hunter, CEO of Diversity Council Australia.

“It’s inspiring to see so many organisations taking meaningful action to create workplaces where everyone can thrive.”
