Guacamole and chips
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- 1 plum tomato (diced)
- 1 scallion (diced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbs. lime juice
- 2 Tbs. chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbs. seeded chopped jalapeño
- ¼ tsp. salt
Halve avocados; peel and pit. Transfer to bowl. Using fork, coarsely mash. Add remaining ingredients to mixture; stir together. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
