The board of directors at Ennostar Inc. has approved a significant personnel decision. Starting October 1, 2025, incumbent Lextar Electronics chairman Patrick Fan will assume the role of chairman at Ennostar Corp., a new entity to be created after a major restructuring of the Ennostar Group.
