Tropical mimosas

Ingredients:
- 1 cup white or coconut rum
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup mango nectar
- Champagne or Prosecco
In a large measuring cup, stir together the first 3 ingredients. Cover and chill in the refrigerator. Just before serving, divide among 8 champagne glasses and top off with champagne. Makes 8 drinks.
