- About 70% of consumers use health technology monthly, according to PwC’s latest consumer health survey. Additionally, 13% said they would pay a premium for AI-orchestrated post-visit support.

- Although a Model N survey found 72% of consumers would be likely to buy prescriptions directly from pharma manufacturers, consumers are worried about ensuring prescriptions are valid and not being able to consult with pharmacists.
- Only 10% of drugmakers’ prescription copay assistance coupons are actually used, according to report from RxUtility. When applied, these coupons typically cover 85% of a drug’s cost.

- Abridge and Wolters Kluwer Health are extending their partnership, with Abridge’s ambient AI tool now integrated with UpToDate.
- BlueFletch partnered with security and compliance vendor Symmetrium to launch its single sign-on tool for iOS.
- eClinical Solutions is partnering with ZS to build risk-based quality management software for the life sciences industry.
- Virtual brain health clinic Isaac Health is now available on LillyDirect, Lilly’s consumer digital health platform.
- Redox and Kno2 announced a strategic alliance, with Kno2’s QHIN integrated directly into the Redox data exchange platform.
- RCM software from Vyne Dental is now integrated with Planet DDS‘ Denticon practice management system.
- Patient engagement and workflow automation vendor Yosi Health joined Modernizing Medicine’s synapSYS Marketplace.

- AdvancedMD launched AdvancedMD Now, an EHR and practice management platform for mental health practices with up to three providers.
- Altera Digital Health launched Sunrise Axon, a data exchange tool built in partnership with Health Gorilla to align with TEFCA.
- HOPPR released its HOPPR EB 2D Mammography Foundation Model for building AI applications for breast imaging.
- Optum released Optum Real, a real-time claims system for coverage validation and claims management, and announced Allina Health as a pilot customer.
- ŌURA expanded its preventive health ecosystem with features including Cumulative Stress, Cycle Insights, and an investigational Blood Pressure Profile study.
- Pangaea Data updated its platform for identifying patients overdue for appropriate screenings for common chronic conditions.

- Talkdesk added agentic AI capabilities to Talkdesk Copilot, enabling call center reps to get tailored answers based on a patient’s records and health system’s knowledge base. In addition, Talkdesk selected Databricks as the data foundation for its Customer Experience Automation platform.
- Vistim Labs launched Ceregram, which converts individual brain EEG recordings into patient reports and generates PET image estimates.
- WestCX launched its agentic AI solution, which aims to optimize pharmacy-patient interactions.

- Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions chose Carrot to deliver fertility and hormonal health benefits to its expatriate members.
- Delta Dental of California affiliate Harmony Whole Person Oral Healthcare chose Epic and Care Everywhere to enable sharing of dental and medical records.
- Boston’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute chose Health Data Analytics Institute large language models to extract and summarize patient care preferences.
- Ontario-based Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre chose Oracle Health’s AI-powered EHR. Meanwhile, Oracle Health and Life Sciences and Baylor College are collaborating on research into alcohol-related liver disease.
- Tanner Health selected Steadywell to expand supportive care services and advance care planning.
- Memorial Sloan Kettering is deploying Triomics‘ AI-powered clinical-trial matching and screening system in active clinical trials.
- SCAN Health chose WRITER for automating member communications such as coverage letters.
