Acer Group has further expanded its portfolio of publicly listed subsidiaries, as Shine Passion Engineering, reinvested in by its smart service arm Acer Synergy Tech, received regulatory approval on July 24 for an initial public offering (IPO) on the Taipei Exchange (TPEx).
