Beer Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
- 1⁄2 tsp. onion powder
- 1⁄2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2⁄3 cup beer
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. mustard
Whisk first 4 ingredients over medium-low heat; stir in milk and beer until thickened. Add cheese and mustard, cook for 5 min. Serve with soft pretzels.
