Since 2015, Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) has been promoting the “Global Innovation Partnership Initiatives Program”, and in 2020, it launched the “A+ Industrial Innovative R&D Program”. These initiatives have successfully attracted international giants such as Micron, Nvidia, and AMD to establish research and development centers in Taiwan.
