Ingredients:
Red and white rimming sugar
1 oz. vanilla vodka
3 oz. chocolate liqueur
1 oz. crème de cacao
3 oz. half-and-half
Moisten the rims of 2 glasses with water and dip in sugar. In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine remaining ingredients. Shake until combined and frothy; strain into prepared glasses.
