A sandwich inspired by the Glacier Highland restaurant and an incredible virtual tour will transport you to the park

Cranberry & Roast Turkey Paninis

Ingredients:

• 8 slices sourdough bread
• 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
• 2 cups sliced roast turkey breast
• 4 oz. Brie cheese, sliced

Use all ingredients to create 4 equal sandwiches. Coat grill pan with cooking spray; heat over medium-heat. In batches, cook sandwiches 3-4 min. per side, placing a heavy skillet on top of sandwiches to press down during the first half of browning. Serves 4
