Ingredients:

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Velveeta mac and cheese
  • 2-3 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Prepare mac and cheese according to directions; spread in a baking dish. Chill 4 hrs. Roll into 2″ balls; dredge in eggs and breadcrumbs. In batches, drop into a hot deep-fat fryer; fry 3 min. at 375°F.
