Chocolate-Covered Bananas
Ingredients:
- 3 bananas, halved
- 6 Popsicle sticks
- 2 cups melted chocolate chips
- Shredded coconut
- Chopped strawberries
Skewer banana halves with sticks. Place on a cookie sheet and freeze for 1 hour. Dip the top half of each banana in melted chocolate and return to the cookie sheet. Garnish with coconut and berry pieces. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Makes six treats.
