Gingery Mojitos
Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 cup mint leaves
- 2 Tbs. superfine sugar
- 1 lime (quartered)
- 1⁄2 cup ginger brandy
- 1⁄4 cup rum
- 1 cup ginger beer
- 1 cup seltzer
In a pitcher, muddle the first three ingredients together. Stir in remaining ingredients. Strain among 4 iced-filled glasses. Garnish with mint. Serves 4.
