Ingredients:

  • 10 crunchy frozen breaded fish fillets
  • 12 small jalapeño
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits in juice (drained)
  • 14 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tsp. grated lime zest
  • 2 Tbs. lime juice
  • 14 tsp. salt
  • 10 crisp taco shells
  • 6 cups shredded romaine 
  • 14 sour cream

Bake fish according to package directions. In a bowl, combine the next 6 ingredients. Fill each taco shell with lettuce and fish. Top each with 1 Tbs. pineapple mixture and 1 tsp. sour cream.
